چکیده
Garlic bulb rot disease was found from garlics (Allium sativum L.) cultivated 2017 to 2019 by farmers in Central Java Province, Indonesia. The initial symptoms of the were stunted, leaf yellowing, and necrotizing rotten bulbs. This research conducted determine major causal agent garlic Java. A survey carried out five regencies across that garlic-producing areas. Nematodes isolated using water immersion methode pathogenic fungi on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA). Nematode identification based Ditylenchus dipsaci morphological morphometric character. Seven isolates Fusarium species obtained infected garlic. Identification four chosen performed sequencing TEF-1α gene. TEF sequence isolate TB3, KK1, KK4 showed 99% similarity with several F. oxysporum, BT3 sequences 98% identity solani, all deposited NCBI GenBank. Three locations positively interaction between D. sp. Based results identification, parasitic nematode identified as dipsaci, while molecular oxysporum respectively, first report agents bulbs
